FERC accepts Texas Eastern rates for Middlesex project

Order follows no adverse comments, protests

FERC today accepted Texas Eastern Transmission’s rates for the Middlesex Extension Project, a move that starts the 30-day clock for any rehearing requests that may occur in the natural gas proceeding.   FERC noted that it had received no adverse comments or protests on the rates included in Texas Eastern’s Aug. 6 tariff filing.
