The Double E Pipeline Project on Thursday received FERC staff permission for a variance to conduct hydrostatic testing of the structural integrity for Line-200, the building of which the Commission authorized in a Jan. 4 letter order approving the larger pipeline project’s initial construction phase.  The project’s intent is to provide firm transportation of 1.35 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day (Bcf/d) of natural gas, connecting production […]
