FERC staff will prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) for the Commonwealth LNG Project in Cameron Parish, La., the Commission said today in a public notice.  The LNG facility will be located on a 393-acre site on the west side of the Calcasieu Ship Channel near its entrance to the Gulf of Mexico.
