FERC has completed the environmental review process for a Columbia Gulf Transmission project that envisions open access for 725 million cubic feet per day of firm natural gas transportation, the Commission said today.  In a notice of the final environmental impact statement for Columbia Gulf’s East Lateral Xpress Project (CP20-527), the Commission noted that it calculated downstream carbon emissions. “With the exception […]
