Stingray Pipeline recently sought approval from the Department of Interior (DOI) Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) to seek FERC approval for an abandonment of part of its 287-mile natural gas pipeline system in the western Gulf of Mexico, the company told the Commission today.  However, it was when that permission might be granted in the wake of Hurricane Ida, which tore through Louisiana on Aug. 30, the Energy Transfer subsidiary said in its filing with the Commission.  Stingray […]
