Enbridge has agreed to pay $3 billion in cash sometime during the fourth quarter of 2021 for leading crude oil export facilities in Texas, the company announced today. The facilities are currently owned by Moda Midstream, whose centerpiece is the energy center in Ingleside, Texas.
