Enbridge to buy key U.S. Gulf Coast crude export terminal

Enbridge has agreed to pay $3 billion in cash sometime during the fourth quarter of 2021 for leading crude oil export facilities in Texas, the company announced today.   The facilities are currently owned by Moda Midstream, whose centerpiece is the energy center in Ingleside, Texas. The terminal, which can export up to 1.5 million barrels per day (b/d), loaded 25% of all U.S. crude exports in 2020, Enbridge said in the announcement.   The Ingleside terminal, constructed in 2018, is a […]
